Megan McDowell Delgado

Megan began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014 and quickly realized that her life's purpose is to use the science of ABA to help people. She completed her Master's in Behavioral Science through Western Michigan University's Extended University Program in 2018 and became Board Certified soon after. She's worked with children and teens of all ages in a variety of settings including intensive residential, center-based and at school. Her specialties include intensive potty training, providing early intervention and social skills services, and assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors.


Over the years, Megan has found a strong passion in training and supervising future clinicians. She now plays a major role in overseeing Ripple Effect's graduate students and clinicians, as well as providing clinical training to all staff.


In Megan's free time she enjoys reading mystery and true crime novels, playing sports, spending quality time with her son, and cuddling with her cat, Fred.

I also work part-time at WMed Behavioral Health Services as a Substance Use Disorder Therapist as I have a strong passion to utilize ABA to help those who suffer from various substance use disorders.
