A proud Bronco, Lisa graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelor's in 2010 and Master's in 2012. With 15 years in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and 11 as a BCBA, her dedication to the field is evident.
From a tender age, Lisa's heart gravitated towards children. Whether it was assisting at a daycare, babysitting, or offering nanny services, her commitment to young ones was unwavering. It was this passion that led her to ABA, a field she embraced wholeheartedly. At Ripple Effects, Lisa cherishes the opportunity to tailor her approach to each child, focusing on their unique needs, strengths, and interests.
Her fascination with Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) blossomed during her college years, and now she plays a pivotal role in shaping and refining processes at Ripple Effects.
Outside of her professional realm, Lisa relishes moments with her loved ones, experiments with culinary delights for her colleagues, and explores the lakeshore. She's also a loyal patron of Aldi, Amazon, and Sam's Club. Guided by the mantra, "Save the World with Behavior Analysis!", Lisa is on a mission to make a significant impact.

Any asian cuisine! Pad Thai, curry, pad see ew, spring rolls, dim sum, fried rice, sushi, pho, you name it!

Lisa was tall enough to ride the Magnum XL-200 roller coaster at Cedar Point when she was 4 years old.
