Jordan Bienz embarked on her academic journey at Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science in 2016. Over the years, she explored diverse roles that enriched her professional landscape. From serving as an adult foster care behavior technician and a registered behavior technician in center-based ABA to being a behavior specialist in elementary schools and a dedicated special education teacher for early intervention programs, Jordan's experiences have been vast and varied.


These roles not only broadened her horizons but also deepened her commitment to making a difference. Her multifaceted experiences ignited a passion for helping others, drawing her back to her first love: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In 2023, she achieved another academic milestone by obtaining her Master's Degree from Ball State University. Jordan's expertise lies in functional communication, where she meticulously designs interventions to enhance communication skills.


Away from her professional commitments, Jordan cherishes moments with her family. She relishes quality time with her husband and their toddler son, Quinn. An avid equestrian, Jordan loves riding horses. Her 33-acre property serves as a haven for outdoor adventures, reflecting her love for nature and the great outdoors.
